By paying a deposit you are accepting and agreeing to these terms.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Your deposit is valid for one year from the date of payment, if it is not used during this period then it is forfeit.
If you wish to change the date of your appointment you must give a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the appointment of you will lose your deposit.
If you do not turn up to your appointment you will forfeit your deposit.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment the tattooist has the right to cancel the appointment and the deposit is forfeited.
If you arrive to your appointment under the influence of alcohol or drugs, are rude or abusive the tattooist has the right to refuse service and your deposit will be forfeit.
The legal age for tattooing is 18, there are no exceptions to law. If you are under the age of 18 on the day of your appointment your deposit will be forfeit.
You must bring a valid form of photo ID with you to your appointment as proof of age e.g. passport or driving license (student ID will not be accepted). Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit forfeit.
The deposit covers the tattooist’s time for designing your tattoo as described. If you do not like the design you are not entitled to a refund. If you change your mind and want a completely different design then you will be required to pay a new deposit. Alterations to a design, within reason, are of course fine.
Please note designs are not always sent out prior to an appointment. It is not always deemed necessary if a detailed brief has been provided. You are still expected to attend your appointment if you haven’t seen a design beforehand.
